Kittrell Supports Optimist Club Fundraiser

Seven Kittrell Job Corps Center students assisted the Optimist Club with its Christmas Tree Fundraiser on Nov. 18. They unloaded 380 Christmas trees, which were organized and set up the Christmas tree lot at a local Wendy's. Funds from the sale of the trees will be used to support area youth. Glenmont Job Corps Center graduate Akeli Newman has landed a job at Triborough Medical Center.
