AT_TSAA TSA officer visited the Atterbury Job Corps Center last week to discuss opportunities for employment at places such as the Indianapolis International Airport.

Officer Francis E. Johnson spoke with Security students about requirements to become airport security guards, baggage inspectors and various other security positions. Many students told Office Johnson his presentation had inspired them to pursue employment with the TSA.

“It is inspiring to see such a young group as this who want nothing more than to improve themselves personal and professionally. I was impressed by the attentiveness and the questions that were asked. I hope, on behalf of TSA, to see these individuals who wish to pursue a rewarding and challenging career with TSA come through our doors in the future. If you have any questions at all, or any of your students have any questions with the hiring process, feel free to contact me any time. Also, if you wish us to come out again to speak with future classes, please contact us and we can coordinate and make that happen,” Officer Johnson said after the event.
