GR_puertoricoTwenty students from Grafton Job Corps Center’s Medical Assistant and Security trades joined with the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) to prepare donations for Puerto Rico.

The students worked out of a warehouse donated by Worcester Polytechnic Institute to sort the donation pallets from the state National Guard. They arranged the donations into categories so they could be shipped to the victims of Hurricane Maria. Over the two days, students helped prepare 80 pallets.

The students were grateful for the opportunity to help those in need.
