GR_politoGrafton Job Corps Center proudly graduated 79 students from our nine trade programs on March 16.

The Keynote Speaker, Lt. Governor Karyn Polito, praised the graduates for their hard work. She expressed how important the trade education they just received is to themselves and the workforce She encouraged them to enjoy their work and continue to learn. Lt. Gov. Polito explained that Job Corps is just Step One in their life experience and concluded by declaring that their future is bright!

Former Electrical Wiring graduate Kimberly Meadows spoke great words of wisdom to the graduates. Kimberly is currently doing an apprenticeship with Wayne J. Griffin, Inc.

State Representative David Muradian also congratulated the graduates and had them turn and thank their families for their support. State Senator Michael Moore and Grafton Police Chief Normand Crepeau honored the Center with their attendance.
