CA_jengaCascades Job Corps College & Career Academy continues to find innovative ways to build up students’ problem-solving skills, even going as far as to put their own skills to work.

Academy Dean Darrell Lutton spent the weekend handcrafting wooden pieces for use in an extra large Jenga game that students can practice during their free time. The unique creation can be found in the Counseling Manager’s Office, where students can try their hand at relocating a block without sending the whole tower crashing down. Several nail-biting competitions between students and their Counselors have already raised some suspicions about an upcoming Jenga tournament.

Here’s hoping Mr. Lutton will be as adept at playing the game as he was at carving it.
