Treasure Island graduates make up 20 percent of the hotel’s full-time culinary staff, said Chef Alan Kubler, who has been conducting job fair interviews with the Center for eight years. This year Kubler even invited interviewees on a tour of the hotel’s culinary facilities. Students visited the kitchens, met with chefs and participated in a Q&A with human resources.
