The class was delivered in two parts. The first part was 45 minutes and involved the participants learned how to protect themselves if attacked. They were even able to practice several methods. Although the training was serious, the trainers, Training Station, added enough humor to make it fun.
The second part involved a PowerPoint presentation by one of the officers. The presentation covered how to protect oneself at home, if someone is following and what to give for information if in a car accident and the police are not called.
All told, 30 women attended the event, and the New Hampshire students were excited about what they learned.
