Jubilee knew right away that this was the job for her. She loved the busywork, as Jubilee loves to keep busy. Tasks that others might find repetitive and mundane, such as filing hundreds of documents or helping clients by searching legal docs, thrilled Jubilee. She was elated when she was asked to further intern for an extended period. While interning, Jubilee was receiving real-time training for her current position. All along she was being vetted for a job offer.
Her hard work and patience paid off as Jubilee was offered a full-time position with a lucrative benefits package. She is now an official Child Support Processing Clerk at the Worcester County Probate & Family Court, making a whopping $17.92/hour!
Congratulations Jubilee! Grafton looks forward to supporting her and following her career post-Job Corps.
