NH_korskoNew Hampshire Job Corps Center graduate Giovanni Korsko lit up headlines in a recent International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local (IBEW) 490 newsletter.

The article highlighted Giovanni’s July visit to New Hampshire to discuss his road to an IBEW apprenticeship. Giovanni spent his time wisely at Job Corps, getting his High School Diploma and completing the Electrical trade. He graduated in February 2018 and works for Yates Electric as a licensed journeyman at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Upon completing his apprenticeship, he will earn at least $30 an hour.

Giovanni emphasized the importance of Job Corps and the opportunity it gave him to pursue becoming an electrician. Way to go, Gio!
